 Veg Dum Biryani (With Paneer & Veggies)

Preparation Time: 25 mins | Cooking Time: 45 mins | Serves: 4



Ingredients:

For Rice: (Same as above)
For Veggie Layer:

  • 200g paneer (cubed & fried)

  • 1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, beans, peas)

  • 1/2 cup fried onions

  • 1/4 cup mint/coriander

  • 1 tsp biryani masala

  • 2 tbsp birista (fried onions)

Method:

  1. Parboil rice as in Recipe 1.

  2. Sauté Veggies: In ghee, fry paneer and veggies with biryani masala.

  3. Layer: Alternate rice and veggie mix in a pot. Top with saffron, fried onions, and nuts.

  4. Dum Cook for 20 mins.
