How to make Egg Biryani ?
Quick Egg Biryani (30-Minute Recipe)
Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs (halved)
1.5 cups basmati rice
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp cumin, 1 star anise
2 green chilies
1/2 cup yogurt
Method:
Cook rice separately.
In a pan, temper cumin, star anise. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilies, yogurt, and eggs.
Mix with rice, garnish with coriander.
Tips for Perfect Biryani:
Rice Texture: Should be "al dente" before dum cooking.
Layering: Always finish with rice on top to trap steam.
Serving: Flip pot upside down onto a plate for dramatic presentation!
Pair With: Mirchi ka salan or cucumber raita.
