How to make Egg Biryani ?

 

Quick Egg Biryani (30-Minute Recipe)



Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs (halved)

  • 1.5 cups basmati rice

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 star anise

  • 2 green chilies

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Method:

  1. Cook rice separately.

  2. In a pan, temper cumin, star anise. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilies, yogurt, and eggs.

  3. Mix with rice, garnish with coriander.


Tips for Perfect Biryani:

  • Rice Texture: Should be "al dente" before dum cooking.

  • Layering: Always finish with rice on top to trap steam.

  • Serving: Flip pot upside down onto a plate for dramatic presentation!

Pair With: Mirchi ka salan or cucumber raita.
